Profile:  Krista researches complex issues of law underpinning employment policy and litigation strategy. She has won applications in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Ontario Superior Court and assisted with the presentation of arguments before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and a variety of administrative boards. Before joining Ritch Durnford she served as research clerk to the judges of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and articled at Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto.
